The 7th Virginia Regiment of the Continental Line is a non-profit corporation of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The regiment holds membership in several national living history organizations, including: The Continental Line, Inc. and The Living History Association

The 7th Virginia is an educational group and is not affiliated and does not exchange capital with any organizations, factions, or individuals who advocate the violent overthrow of the government of the United States of America.
